Practice Receptionists (also known as Care Navigators) play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
They act as a first point of contact, helping patients navigate the healthcare system by directing them to the appropriate services, whether it's a GP, nurse, or specialist. Care Navigators also assist with coordinating appointments, prescription administration and providing information on available health and community resources and services.
Their goal is to streamline the patient journey and improve overall access to care.
