If you have an ongoing concern, in order to ensure continuity of care, you will be offered a pre bookable appointment with the member of the clinical team who has previously been supporting you. These pre bookable appointment are longer than our emergency appointments and can be made at a mutually convienient time either face to face or via the telephone. If you are on ongoing medication for specific medical conditions you will be contact us ourselves every year for a condition and medication review. This will happen in the month of your birth and may require you to have a blood test or provide blood pressure readings.
